Are you a Administrator/Receptionist looking to transition into the Education sector?You must be willing to work on a temporary basis and between the hours of 8:15am to 3:45pm monday to friday, starting as soon as possible.
There may also be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the Schools, although this is not guaranteed.
As a School Receptionist your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not limited to:« Welcoming students, guests and parents into the school
« Ensuring safeguarding processes are followed
« Answering telephone calls and filtering as necessary
« Letters to parents
« Typing of letters and memos
« Filing, faxing and photocopying
« Dealing with parents and pupils
You must be:
« Proactive
« Hardworking
« Not afraid to take on new tasks
« Able to multi-task
« Outgoing and have a friendly personality
You will be supported by me, Max Howard. I am Aspire People's Office & Technical consultant for the Manchester and Greater Manchester areas.
