Working Hours
8am - 6pm

Purpose of the Role

The main purpose of the job is supervising all aspects of the day to day running and maintenance of the property or properties under the job holders control, including the immediate supervision of staff (if appropriate) and contractors and ensuring the required standards are achieved and maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities
- _ Ensure that high site operational standards, particularly Health & Safety are achieved and maintained at all times._
- _Oversee the operation of Reception._
- _Maintain adequate log sheets for Main Reception operations._
- _Prepare and implement contingency plans to ensure adequate and suitable site attendance, including_
- _cover for holidays, training and sickness._
- _Create and maintain an effective working relationship with contractors coming to site_
- _Establish and implement best practice whilst ensuring safe working practices are complied with at all_
- _times._
- _Ensure appropriate, clear communication lines are maintained with tenants at all times._
- _Carry out any other reasonable request of the Facilities Manager._
