We're looking for a new Partnership Lead to take on this essential new role, important for the future direction of the business.

We have ambitious plans to transform from an insurance proposition to a healthcare service aggregator - and this role is critical to the delivery of our partner vision.

As an aggregator, we will offer care, support and navigation into healthcare pathways, tracking outcomes and ensuring we're providing the best possible service - and we'll need to nurture and develop commercial partnerships to achieve this.

You'll work closely with the Head of Commercial Partnerships as well as cross-functionally across the business.


Key responsibilities

  • Defining and executing the partnerships strategy
  • Identifying and scoping new areas to develop partnerships and identifying partners to engage
  • Sizing the market and new growth areas and services
  • Prioritising and managing the partnership pipeline
  • Create business cases which create efficiencies or drive revenue growth
  • Managing the partnerships team including partnership implementation and partnerships account management (which will be built over time)
  • Working cross functionally with product management, clinical, compliance, tech, commercial contracts, finance and legal to onboard and implement new partners and pathways
  • Building operational plans for how we commercialise partnerships, whether offered as part of the core Simplyhealth offering or as a modular bolt on
  • Identifying and mitigate risks associated with partnerships strategy and execution
