Location:
Manchester City Centre - Amazing offices near to transport links


Salary:
£22,000 basic OTE up to £70,000


Hours:
Monday to Friday - Office open from 7am to 7pm - work 1 Saturday in every 4

The role of the Customer Service Sales Advisor:

  • Outbound calls to potential customers (all leads warm
  • no cold calling) to discuss finance and leasing options
  • Delivering the highest level of customer service
  • Building a relationship with the customer and helping them throughout their journey
  • Updating on the process throughout
  • Adhering to KPI's set
  • Working across numerous databases ensuring 100% accuracy
  • Adhering to any legislation
