We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our Head Office team
- £17,6000 per annum (FTE £22,000)

Monday to Friday, no weekends or evenings
30 hours per week; 8:30am 2:30pm

The Role:

In this role you will need to be able to communicate clearly with all stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and have a proactive and organised approach to your workload.

Reporting to the Group Credit Control Manager, you will work in a team of 4 and manage your own customer portfolio completing the end to end credit control process.

Main responsibilities include:

Build and maintain relationships with the customers, our sales team and other departments
Collect outstanding balances via different communication methods, mainly by telephone
Resolve queries and disputes to encourage customers to meet payment deadlines with preferred payment methods
Allocating customer receipts
Learn to manage your ledger with awareness of commerciality and risk

Experience and Qualifications:

Background and experience in customer service, collections or credit control
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
Strong work ethic and demonstrate a flexible approach to work with a 'can do' attitude
Keen eye for detail
