IT Transformation Director | UK Remote | £110-125k + Benefits

Xpertise have partnered with a multinational business who are in the process of centralising the European IT team into the UK.

This role reports into the European CIO and will be responsible for IT Change and Delivery teams.

This role is critical in uniting the European hubs as well as develop and implement the business transformation, information technology and data services strategy throughout the organisation, setting the vision and drawing stakeholders together on this journey.

A strong background in transformation across IT is essential. You will be creating your own team and helping to deliver the new TOM. You will be building the Project management, PMO and Business Analysis teams.
You will be working in collaboration with the Operations Director and Development director to build and deliver new initiatives.

We know delivering change is hard but this role is essential in getting the change initiatives to land across the business.
