Guarantee Assistant - Poole - Perm - Salary £21,000


Our client based in Poole is looking for a Guarantee Assistant to respond to customer requests and queries relating to processing of shipments and timeframes.

This is a hybrid working role with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.


Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the Guarantee RMA Database and Shared Inbox
  • Be a primary contact for customer requests for help and ensuring that all enquiries are dealt within a sufficient timeframe.
  • Escalating any cases as and when required to the manager
  • Assist in the processing and uploading of second life product onto the Website and processing shipments when required.
  • Assist the Guarantee team with any other duties to support customers and/or Sales/Marketing Teams.
  • Tracking pack and spare part shipments, liaising with couriers/service providers, creating commercial invoices
  • Ensure all customer spreadsheets and databases are kept up to date regularly with accurate data
  • Ensure all stock inventory spreadsheets are updated accurately as and when required
  • Assisting when required in the picking, packing and shipping of Guarantee items including packs and spare parts.
  • Ensure outbound items are accurately labelled with spare parts and address
  • Maintain an indepth knowledge of product
  • Highlight and track any new & reoccurring pack quality issues to the Guarantee Manager

Requirements:


  • 2 years + in a customer service setting
  • English speaking with another language skills would be an advantage
  • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Knowledge and experience using systems and database software would be desirable but not essential
