We at Tudor Employment are thrilled to be working alongside a leading provider of hazardous waste management and recycling services to recruit a Financial Administrator, based in the Four Ashes area of Wolverhampton.

Due to the lack of public transport in the area, access to your own vehicle is essential.

This is a temporary ongoing vacancy working from the office.

Are you the right person for this role? We expect the Financial Admin will:

  • Be able to reliably commute to the site location in Four Ashes
  • Have proven administrative experience, especially in a financial setting
  • Be proficient in the use of a computer including Microsoft Excel
  • Have exceptional customer service skills
  • Previous experience on Sage or similar would be highly advantageous
What will I be doing? Key accountabilities of the Financial Admin are:

  • To maintain customer records accurately and in accordance with GDPR
necessary

  • To oversee daily money collections and other credit control duties as required
  • To manage the relevant financial spreadsheets with a high volume of data entry
  • To provide ad hoc reception cover as and when required
  • To distribute PPE to the wider business
  • To execute other administrative duties as delegated
What are the hours of work?

The Financial Admin would be expected to work 8:30AM-4:30PM Monday-Thursday, with an early finish on Friday (8:30AM-4:00PM).

What is the rate of pay?

The Financial Admin will be paid at a rate of £11.50 an hour.
