Helpdesk support analysts
Our client is seeking 2 helpdesk support analysts for their technical team, supporting environments built on the latest industry offerings.
This role is based at our clients Central Birmingham
Hours 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Rates £160-£170 per day
You will be passionate and obsessive about IT with customer service skills.
Skills:
1 Experience in working on a IT Technical helpdesk
2 Excellent communication and customer skills
3 Worked with Active Directory
4 Knowledge of remote tools VNC
5 Knowledge of Networks
6 Must be able to work from our head office (central Birmingham)
