What you will do

To manage all VOR processes and to ensure all customers receive excellent customer service
To improve (reduce) Vehicle Off Road performance for Customers/Drivers to vehicle off road time, increase communication and to reduce costs including loss of use costs and rental/replacement vehicles
Maintain detailed understanding of the motor industry processes and practices with uptodate knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices including trade description and consumer protection laws.
Ensure database entries are recorded accurately and completely
Accurate and efficient data input

How you will do it

Develop relationships with dealer and garages to ensure the best outcome in any given situation.
Acting as the first point of contact for all VOR enquiries.
Evaluate and provide recommendations for improvements to existing systems.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of vehicle repairs.
Be responsible for all administration associated with each VOR case i.e. updating database records.
Effectively manage time to ensure workload remains up to date.
Provide agreed VOR updates in line with business and customer KPIs and SLAs.
Challenge network providers in a way that minimises downtime.

What do you need to be successful...

Successful track record in similar role, or alternatively a role which has transferable skills
Methodical and process driven
Full, clean driving licence
High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
Comprehensive administration skills
Work well under pressure especially during peak periods
Good numeracy & literacy skills
Good IT skills, including an understanding of Microsoft packages
Proven communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders, with great negotiation skills
Strong organisation skills to effectively manage and prioritise workload
