Description

This Receptionist admin role consists of:

  • Greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing correspondence
  • Organising and maintaining office files and supplies
  • Coordinating appointments
  • Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, invoicing and report preparation
  • Provide support to the team with various projects

Profile

  • Has prior experience in a Corporate Receptionist role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
