This Receptionist admin role consists of:
- Greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing correspondence
- Organising and maintaining office files and supplies
- Coordinating appointments
- Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, invoicing and report preparation
- Provide support to the team with various projects
Profile
- Has prior experience in a Corporate Receptionist role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
