We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic sports coach that is ready to
CHANGE LIVES by using sports to infuse children's schools and nurseries with their infectious energy


Duties:


  • Plan and deliver coaching sessions tailored to the needs of individual athletes or teams
  • Teach athletes the rules, techniques, and strategies of the sport
  • Develop training programs to improve athletes' physical fitness and performance
  • Provide feedback and constructive criticism to help athletes enhance their skills
  • Organize and supervise practice sessions, scrimmages, and competitions
  • Motivate and inspire athletes to achieve their full potential
  • Monitor the progress of athletes and track their performance
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate team activities

Experience and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Sports Coach or in a similar role
  • Indepth knowledge of the specific sport(s) you will be coaching
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire athletes
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Science or related field (preferred)

Job Types:

Contract length: 24 months


Salary:
£13.00-£17.32 per hour
