Maybe the thought of working in a library hasn't occurred to you before, but if you are an outgoing team player who loves working with people, providing a friendly welcome and excellent customer service, then our Customer Services Team at The University of Manchester Library could be the opportunity for you We work in a proactive, fast paced Customer Service environment, providing a front line service across several different sites, together with online customer interactions and we're looking for people to join our team.


We are recruiting for the role of Customer Services Advisor, a 35 hour a week role requiring the working of a shift pattern.


There are a number of 35 hour a week vacancies, two of which are fixed term roles (until November 2024 and July 2025 respectively).


If you require further information we are holding on campus and online Open Day sessions so you can come and find out more about the role, meet the Customer Services Team and ask any questions.


On Thursday 20th July 2023 we are holding an in person Open Day session from 10am to 4pm in the University of Manchester Main Library.


There is no need to book just come along. You do not need to attend the whole session.
