Full Time (35 hours per week worked flexibly)
Your core working hours are 11am to 3pm and you can operate between 7am - 9pm.
That means you've the opportunity to manage your hours around our core times to fit in with your work and lifestyle commitments.
Work locations:
Home (main) / Cardiff Head Office (occasional)
Working mainly from home there's sometimes an occasional need to work at our Cardiff City Centre Head Office as the job requires.
Although we love to see our people in the office we don't set regular and weekly office days as we know how important flexibility is to all of us.

As a HR stand-alone professional, you can expect to be doing a lot of supporting and advising Line Managers on day-to-day issues around performance and absence management as well as influencing in a credible way.
We're people focused so making our policies and procedures easily understood and relatable is hugely important to doing the job well as is the follow up admin.
Your interpersonal skills will be your shining quality in this job as you'll be good at listening and coming up with workable solutions whilst managing our risk level.
You'll know when to challenge appropriately as a HR professional and easily interpret employment law within the context of our day-to-day workplace situations.
We've HR systems in place so you'll be using these for data and processes as well as drafting your own letters and attending HR meetings when it comes to Employee Relations.
We're also focused on EDI as a big piece of work so there may also be opportunities to get involved in this work and other team projects supporting our People Strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered your CV should demonstrate you match our Person Specification requirements in:
- Being able to coach managers expertly when it comes to HR matters
- Provide solid and compliant HR advice through relevant experience
- Doing the same or a similar role where your Employment Law knowledge is up to date
- Have been practically involved in Employee Relations processes and procedures in a work environment from a HR perspective
