Are you experienced Graphic Designer seeking a new role? Look no further


The Role:

  • Creating graphics, animations and video content.
  • Using a range of Windowsbased software packages and inhouse editing tools that are standard issue within the Development Department.
  • Working from a brief to construct computerdelivered and paperbased curriculum materials that include text, graphic, animation, video, voice and sound components.
  • Following test procedures and using editing tools, prepare, test, and release curriculum materials.
  • General daytoday activities within the Development Department, including general housekeeping disciplines.
  • Managing your own work under the supervision of the line manager and Product Director, with the support of other members of staff.
  • Ensuring that the tasks undertaken are completed accurately, in a timely manner and to specification.
  • Ensuring that all duties are carried out in accordance with Health and Safety regulations as detailed in the Company Rulebook.

Why You?

The person carrying out this role must have:

  • A recognised qualification in graphic design and/or previous experience in a graphics role.
  • These will include Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Animate, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier and inhouse editing tools.
  • The ability to use Word Processors, Spreadsheets, Project Management and configuration utilities.
  • A high standard of literacy and numeracy.
  • An enthusiastic, flexible, selfmotivated approach and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills and possess the ability to communicate well with people at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • The ability to plan their own activities and prioritise workload without close supervision.
  • An organised manner and the ability to work effectively either individually or as part of a team.
  • A close attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines, sometimes under pressure, while maintaining set standards.
  • The ability to follow formal procedures and work within a structured Quality Management System
