Description

As the first or last point of contact on a customer's journey, you'll be assisting the customers in Reading train station with queries and offering assistance as when required, during the possessions work on the Bracknell and Reading lines.

We are looking for 10 customer care operators per day from Monday 13th Feb until March 2nd. (We will have occasional shifts after the re-signalling project)

£13 per hour

Shifts - AM and PM

You would be providing this information to members of the general public to ensure they understand where to go during their journey, help them in and around the station and providing excellent customer care

You will be involved in....

Meeting and greeting our customers as they enter and leave our station
Supporting customers needing assistance
Ensuring the safety of the station environment
Providing a friendly and personable service
