Hours:
Monday to Friday,10am

  • 2pm

Hybrid working: 3 days in the Travelodge Support Office in Thame, 2 days working from home


The job in a nutshell:


As a Sales Team Administrator you will be supporting the smooth running of the sales teams by ensuring that all administration tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.


What you'll be doing:


  • Using our In-House system, IPOS to process invoices for our group agents
  • Processing payments from our group customers via our online payment portal.
  • Assisting with managing our exceptions process on a daily basis
  • Supporting the team with other administrative tasks, such as resolving queries from our Travel Trade and BAA Inboxes

What we'll expect from you:


To succeed in the role, you will bring your attention to detail and ability to learn new systems and processes in a fast paced, target driven sales environment.

You'll be comfortable communicating with colleagues and our customers.

In addition you'll need to demonstrate:

  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivation to forge excellent professional relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Selfmotivated and enthusiastic to succeed
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office and Google packages
