Monday to Friday,10am
- 2pm
Hybrid working: 3 days in the Travelodge Support Office in Thame, 2 days working from home
The job in a nutshell:
As a Sales Team Administrator you will be supporting the smooth running of the sales teams by ensuring that all administration tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
What you'll be doing:
- Using our In-House system, IPOS to process invoices for our group agents
- Processing payments from our group customers via our online payment portal.
- Assisting with managing our exceptions process on a daily basis
- Supporting the team with other administrative tasks, such as resolving queries from our Travel Trade and BAA Inboxes

To succeed in the role, you will bring your attention to detail and ability to learn new systems and processes in a fast paced, target driven sales environment.
In addition you'll need to demonstrate:
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Motivation to forge excellent professional relationships with customers and colleagues
- Selfmotivated and enthusiastic to succeed
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and Google packages
