We are seeking to appoint an outstanding classroom practitioner to lead our dedicated and enthusiastic
MFL team. You should be highly motivated and a dynamic teacher who can support the school
community, and work with partners. The ability to teach GCSE French & Spanish is desirable.

Central Region Schools Trust holds Modern Foreign Languages in high regard and is committed to the
continued development of language provision across our schools. This role will involve the leadership
and management of the Languages Faculty across CRST's Redditch secondary schools.

with at least two/three years of highly successful teaching experience. The post-holder will be
supported by a member of the Senior Leadership Team, who will oversee a robust induction
opportunity to be succession planned through Senior Leadership.

As a previously designated National Teaching School, leading on staff development and initial teacher

opportunity to enrol in our 'Teach Central' Senior Leadership development programme. You will share

students within MFL both at Arrow Vale and beyond.
