Building Manager - South West London (SW2) - up to £50k
Our client is a large independent managing agent overseeing a diverse range of blocks and estates across the UK.

On one of their managed sites in SW London (containing 6 residential blocks and 5 commercial units), a Building Manager is required for a full time permanently employed role working Mon-Fri 7am to 3pm (with occasional evening meetings and out of hours formajor incidents)

The suitable Building Manager will be well presented, have excellent communication skills and be familiar with the full range of building management duties including:

  • Supervision of caretakers on site as well as contractors visiting site, reporting to the property manager as required.
  • Building inspections, ensuring bins / litter are kept in order
  • Ensuring lease covenants are met and breaches reported
  • Oversight of H&S
  • Keeping residents up to date with building related news / updates
  • Assisting the Property Manager with service charge budgets
  • Ensure security is kept as required


The suitable Building Manager will be self-motivated, service minded, be prepared to go the extra mile, tech savvy and fully accountable.

Salary for the successful Building Manager will be up to £50k to start depending on experience and qualifications.
