Overview:
Write concise business proposals (identifying key credit risks). Lead and complete the internal credit process in line with the policies and requirements of the Bank's procedure;
Ability to analyse strengths and weaknesses of projects/structure in such transactions successfully taking into account the technology and commercial contracts proposed, regulatory and legal backdrop, and counterparties involved;
Engineer financing structure and term-sheets for Project Finance transactions, and participate deal pitching;
Construct & review complex Project Finance models and key ratios and concepts used in them; Undertake regular market and industry research with a view to increase customer base in line with the Bank's risk appetite and credit policies;
Liaise and work with clients, other departments or overseas branches of the Bank, and external professional counterparties to prepare, negotiate and execute appropriate finance documentation

Experience:

No less than 2 years relevant experience within Financial Services industry, focusing on Project/Structured finance

Experience and knowledge of projects within the infrastructure/renewable sectors in the UK.

Strong quantitative and qualitative credit analysis skills, with financial modelling experience.
