The ONE Group are supporting a manufacturing company in Huntingdon and are recruiting for a
Production Team Leader.

You will be working double day shifts alternating each week, as follows:

  • Early shift: Monday
  • Friday (5.45am
  • 2.15pm)


  • Late shift: Monday

  • Friday (1.45pm pm)
It's not important what sort of manufacturing background you come from. What's more important is your ability to lead a small team

The role is split 50/50 between hands-on manufacturing support and team management activities.


About You:


  • Experience working in a similar role in a production / manufacturing
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • IT competent
