IMMEDIATE START FOR AN EXPERIENCED HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT, WITH WEEKLY PAY.

Are you an experienced HCA, with previous experience and a good knowledge base in dealing with residents who have been diagnosed with dementia, whether early or advanced severe.

Who has a passion for wanting to assist and support these residents to live as independently and as fully as possible.

As an HCA you will be responsible for the following duties;

Supporting with all aspects of personal care.
Assisting with dressing and undressing, whilst trying to promote choice of what the residents would like to wear and maintaining dignity at all times.
Assisting at mealtimes to ensure the nutritional intake of all residents being cared for is upheld.
Ensuring that fluid intake is monitored and pushed where needed.
Making sure that all residents are comfortable and free from harm, in a safe environment.
Undertake light housekeeping duties, to ensure that the home is free from any potential risks or hazards.
