Customer Services Advisor (IT) - The Role:
Abingdon School is seeking to appoint a friendly and organised customer services advisor to our IT Department.

They will play an important role in supporting pupils, staff and parents with IT inquiries, managing the IT Helpdesk and offering helpful and welcoming first line IT support.

The role will involve providing some basic technical assistance, as well as logging and routing calls to technical support colleagues.

Customer Services Advisor (IT) - You:

An enthusiasm for IT and a willingness to learn about IT systems, products and equipment and an understanding of desktop computing and devices are essential.
Excellent customer service and communication skills are more important than a high level of technical knowledge
