An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Family Legal Assistant to join my clients Lincoln offices.

This role would suit someone with previous family law experience, looking to take the next step in their career with a progressive Lincolnshire law firm.


Our client is a successful and large modern practice with offices across Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire and have truly made a name for themselves across the regions, having been recognised and accredited by various associations across the country, including the Legal 500.


The role:

  • Opening digital files as well as file closing
  • Answering and making telephone calls on behalf of other team members, both internal and external and calls to and from the Court and other solicitors
  • Dealing with and processing new client enquiries
  • Occasional face to face meetings with clients
  • General admin including scanning and photocopying
  • Producing bundles of documents for use at Court hearings
  • Maintaining client information on the firm's practice management system
  • Time recording on client matters where appropriate


To be considered for this Family Legal Assistant role, you will have previous experience working within a family law environment.
