Salary:
circa £25k dependent upon experience

  • Hours: Can be parttime or fulltime within the hours of 9am 5pm Monday
  • Friday
  • Extras: Onsite parking
Tasks/Responsibilities;

  • Supporting the department through management of the Sharepoint database
  • Collation and maintenance of records both hard and electronic
  • Administrative support to Property Department including data analysis, report and spreadsheet creation, meeting minutes, updating data lists etc
  • Develop understanding of factors that impact the tenants and property portfolio and conduct research report at regular intervals to Property Manager / Property Director
  • Coordinate various office support services e.g. Fire Alarm testing, Legionella testing, Stationery and Supplies ordering and management, monitoring office contracts for waste, security, alarms etc
  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound telephone calls.
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.

  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a work environment that provides variety
  • Good excel, word, SharePoint and PowerPoint skills
  • Initiative, enthusiasm, self motivation and drive
  • Willingness to learn and develop understanding of property industry
  • Must be a team player
