Responsibilities:
- Meet annual sales quota.
- Identify new business opportunities in hospitals and other accounts in assigned territory through a mix of qualified leads and selfgenerated leads. Once lead is qualified, meet with prospect to further understand need and establish relationship.
- Ensure positive ongoing customer experience after closing deal by checking in consistently to confirm customer understanding and adoption of product(s)
- Determine potential for upsell/crosssell opportunities in existing customers within assigned territory.
- Actively manage new and existing client relationships via Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Attend regional, national and international shows/events.
