This a is fast-paced role which will allow you to reap the monetary reward through high-volume placementsand as the cost of living increases, the commission structure involved with the role could make all the difference

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A HR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT:

  • As a 360 Recruiter, you will manage the whole HR recruitment process from initial sourcing, to telephone screening, interviewing and sharing offers once successful.
  • Ensure all job advertisements, role material and interviews are of the highest standard and reflect your clients positively.
  • Consistently exceed client expectations by providing an attentive and thorough recruitment service.
  • Develop excellent professional working relationships with clients to identify new opportunities for business.

ABOUT YOU:


  • A minimum of 2 years working in a similar HR Recruitment roleor 1 year with additional sales experience.
  • Experience working to targets, deadlines and service agreements.
  • Dedicated to providing a highlevel of service to all clients with strong communication skills.
  • Able to confidently work multiple roles simultaneously whilst providing the same level of service and attention to all clients.
  • Demonstrate a cando attitude with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Have a flexible approach to working, as you may be asked to support other our other recruitment teams with their recruitment campaigns.
  • And not to forgeta good sense of humour
