Do you have telephone experience and thrive in a fast-paced target driven environment? This is the perfect opportunity for a tenacious individual with excellent customer service skills.

This is an opportunity for an inbound and outbound role with excellentcommission available.

Key responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and deal with enquiries and queries for the customer. If required to be directed to a different department identifying this efficiently.
  • Book appointments according to availability in diary for contractors to complete works depending on customer requirement.
  • Liaise with other areas of the business to ensure smooth running of operation.

Requirements for this role:

  • Must have telephone experience and have an excellent telephone manner, confidence is a must
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Being financially driven is an excellent attribute for this role.
