Description
This a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our newly formed Academy team based in Yeovil.

We are responsible for delivering apprenticeships and skills bootcamps to both existing and new employees and are now looking for someone to support the team with all related administration and information systems.


The team


We are a nationally recognised apprenticeship provider and know for our quality of service, innovation and best practice approach to delivering training.

We are a busy team who are passionate about the services we provide to the company and provide ourselves on our customer service and professional approach.


This motivated and enthusiastic team are based in Yeovil, where most of our training is delivered so you'll have lots of day to day contact with apprentices, line managers and our wider technical training team.


The job
You will provide administrative and data support for our in-house apprenticeship programmes.

This is a really exciting time for us as we have recently launched two new programmes not just for young apprentices, but for colleagues within the business.

We also have ambitious plans to expand this offering and grow this team over the coming years.


No two days are the same in our team, and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a team in an administration role that will provide you with huge variety and potential to further develop your skills.


What do I need?


We're much more impressed by ability and personality, so we're not looking for people with certificates, but people with skill and passion.

In particular, we are looking for someone who is:

  • Familiar with the concept of information systems
- confident and competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- able to communicate with people from all levels and backgrounds
- has strong attention to detail
- organised, with good time management skills
