Unique School Solutions are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support a child in EYFS on a full-time basis providing 1:1 support both in the school and in the integrated resource unit.


The role would include working with the child on a 1:1 basis for all aspects of their school life including but not limited to, giving them the opportunity to access the curriculum using alternative resources and learning techniques to suit their needs, assisting with toileting and providing personal care when required and supporting them with their emotions and modelling coping skills.


The right person will be a motivational communicator who is able to adapt and differentiate their methods for the needs of the child they're working with.


To be considered for this position you will:

  • Have previous experience of working with children and young people
  • Have a genuine passion for supporting the education of young people
  • Be committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment in which children can thrive
  • Be very flexible and adapt quickly to change
