Job overview
We are currently looking for a variety of roles to support the running of our hospital including:

  • Administrators
  • Secretaries
  • Typists
  • Audio Typists
  • Coordinators
  • Data Entry
We can offer a range of short term and long-term assignments.


Assignments are Monday to Friday Ful time and Part Time opportunities

Main duties of the job
To provide administration support to a variety of departments within a hospital setting

  • To accurately and efficiently be able to deliver data input into several internal patient record system
  • Complete assigned work in a timely manner ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Patient contact both face to face and via phone conversations may be required.
  • Ability to deal with patient and visitor queries and provide informative information as and when required
  • To check data on the electronic patient record system, including confirmation of the patient/GP address etc.
  • To carry out other clerical activities as required, such as photocopying, filing, sorting and distributing letters, maintaining stationery supplies etc.

  • Experience of working in pressured environment or ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail, ability to work with accuracy
