Our client an award winning,market leading independent Estate Agent are looking for an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator for their busy office in Uxbridge.

The company are a well known market leading estate agency dealing in Sales,Lettings,Property Managementand New Homes.
The company pride themselves on the high level of customer service they offer their customers.
They have a welcoming team who all work well together creating a fantastic working environment.

They have a very busy Lettings department so are looking for someonewho works well under pressure in a fast paced environment and thrives in a team environment, able to cope dealing with a large volume of properties.

You must be very well spoken and presented,be able to work in a fast paced environment prioritising the workload.
You must be target driven,very well organised with a full UK driving licence and be a car owner.
You must hold a full UK driving licence.

Salary package and benefits of the Lettings Negotiator role include:

  • Basic £18,000-£20,000
  • OTE £25,000£32,000
  • Competitive commission structure

  • Parking paid for locally to the office

Skills & Experience required for the Lettings Negotiator includes:

  • Current Lettings experience 1 to 2 years'(preferable but not essential)
  • Team player
  • Wellpresented and articulate
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Enjoys dealing with customers face to face as well as over the phone
  • Exceptional customerservice skills
  • Ambitious and target driven
  • Natural selling ability
  • Must hold full UK driving licence

The role of a Lettings Negotiator includes:

  • Ability to identify appropriate properties for clients and vice/versa
  • Good working knowledge of inventory
  • Focus will be on speaking with potential tenants, building relationships, generating leads.
  • The ability to provide advice and turn initial enquiries into actual business
  • You will need to be able to work under pressure, whilst remaining organised, focused and accessible
  • You also need to be very driven and determined making a large volume of calls to potential tenants
