Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm (37.5 hours)

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Undertaking all aspects of administration, including document data entry, filing and running reports
  • Monitor the progress of repairs and chase progress as needed
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers
  • Effectively prioritise workload
  • Actioning any issues, queries or complaints arising so that any problems are resolved, in a timely fashion and to all parties' satisfaction
  • Escalating any complex issues to the relevant Technical Manager
  • Taking on other responsibilities outside of normal role as required
To be successful, you'll bring some of the following experience with you:

  • Previous administrative experience (essential)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Attention to detail
  • Action and customer focused
