Description
Major Recruitment are happy to be assisting our Team Valley based client in their search for several parcel sorters.


Our client is internationally recognised as a leader within courier market, having fully established themselves in the road based delivery sector.

With a number of large distribution sites based within the North East, their Team Valley site is now requiringadditional parcel sorters.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Sorting parcels for delivery based on routes and postcodes using hand held and digital headset scanners
  • Assisting with despatch teams
  • Adhering and maintaining health and safety
  • Reporting any sorting issues to line manager, such as defective parcels
Parcel sorters will be required to work 2 shift rotating pattern:

  • Tuesday to Saturday
  • Sunday to Thursday
- start times finish times 10.00


Pay Rate:
- £10.09 PAYE, rising after 12 weeks to £12.58

Please not a basic disclosure needs to be completed
