Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent, full time hours per week) Independent Living Lettings and Neighbourhoods Officer, based in Newcastle upon Tyne with a salary of £29,500-£32,470 per annum (FTE based on 36.25 hours per week).


If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the Independent Living Team at CCHA.

The Independent Living Lettings & Neighbourhoods Officer role is a specialist post, responsible for delivering a first-class customer led service to meet the current and future needs of our residents.

To be successful in this role you will have skills and experience that includes:

  • Working with colleagues to deliver a customer focussed service, which ensures wellbeing, community and security for our residents
  • Delivering services to internal and external customers, including prevoid inspections, pre and post tenancy visits
  • Effectively marketing and letting Independent Living Properties
  • Results motivated approach to work
