Due to continued growth, they are now recruiting for a Contracts Admin Assistant to join their growing team.
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Preparation and processing of all new client documentation and amendments
- Develop and maintain effective filing and retrieval systems
- Ensuring client details and reviews are recorded correctly on systems
- Day to day support of their contracts team
- Delivery of highlevel administrative support across a range of exciting projects
- Management of project data management systems
- Work closely with the team to ensure the delivery of complete, accurate and on time work
- Responsible for accurate batch archiving and scanning activities
- Complete relevant transaction of databases to support business needs
- Follow and promote relevant company health and safety quality and standards to enable the site to achieve and maintain excellent results
Requirements:

- Experience in working within a Signage industry (preferred)
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Driving License (preferred)
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kingston upon Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Administrative: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- Level 3 Business Administration (preferred)
