Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic HR department Sitting within our HRL1 team, you will be supporting HR Business Partners with the HR topics in their departmental areas with the opportunity for you to have lead responsibilities for smaller departments across the business.

You will also be a facilitator of key projects to drive departmental change.

Your key responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:

Advising, supporting and coaching managers in relation to employment law and performance management.

Actively assisting Line Managers in the management of employment relations topics, for example:
family related policies, managing attendance, disciplinary and grievance processes.

Supporting Managers in designated areas of responsibility to drive their recruitment processes. Liaising with key stakeholders across the business to ensure smooth delivery of Company onboarding process, comprising delivery, review and maintenance of Company induction material, plus coordination when required.
Championing HR projects in line with HR strategy development for the department and wider business to support Employee Experience, digitalisation and standardisation of the HR department.
Producing and analysing management information including all Employee data e.g sickness, leavers data and others based on GDPR requirements to advise Managers on any number of People related topics.
Key contact for HR communications, presentations and events _(incl. executive)_, as well as training and moderation support. This would include delivering HRrelated knowledge bursts and info sessions to internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

Be educated to a degree or similar level with a minimum CIPD level 5 qualification.
Hold a clean and valid Driving Licence and be prepared to travel to other Bosch sites and relevant locations to suit business needs and customer requirements
Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Be able to produce comprehensive, articulate and robust documentation to support HR process outcomes
Have project coordination and/or change management experience
Be able to communicate and collaborate across department with an ability to influence
Be willing to engage in crossfunctional improvement activities
Have a digital mindset
Be customer orientated with an empathetic approach
Be able to organise and prioritise tasks effectively
Be resilient and able to influence in difficult situations

Additional Information

Expected Start Date:
April 2023_ (date negotiable)_

Working Hours: 39 hours a week; Mon - Thurs and Fri with a 1 hour unpaid lunchbreak
- (Please note this role requires attendance at external community events that can run outside of working hours, flexibility is required in this aspect.)_
