- ends 31st December, Hybrid**We are working on fast-moving projects with international clients to produce new assessments which fit with new curricula. These are often innovative for our clients and present an exciting opportunity to change the face of assessment for learners.

This role is a full time 35 hours per week, hybrid working with Monday and Tuesday in the office.

About the role
This role will focus on typesetting assessment material and encompasses a range of administrative tasks and responsibilities


These will include:

  • Accurately typesetting assessment material to strict deadlines.
  • Carrying out the associated administration processes of question paper production.
  • Establishing strong communication with internal and external staff and colleagues.
  • Providing support and back up for other administrative tasks as required.

About you


We are looking for someone who believes in high standards and takes pride in their work and who is motivated by contributing to a team to help produce high quality material.


Skills:


  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, particularly Word.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
Experience

  • Typesetting or typing material.
  • Working in a busy administration environment.
  • Following processes and procedures.
Behaviours

  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Positive attitude.
