Account Manager


A brand-new position for an Account Manager (Hybrid) based in London or Hertfordshire for an exciting events organisation who have doubled their workforce in less than a year.

They work with enviable clients and high-profile brands virtually and in a hybridenvironment. You should love establishing strong client relationships, implementing new processes, pitch development, delivery and account handling. If you are creative and passionate then this is the role for you

The Job:


  • Development and management of our key account groups, across a range of activations and events
  • Be a key point of contact for clients at a mid to junior level
  • Contributing to project delivery on your accounts becoming an essential member of the delivery team
  • On key projects, providing daytoday support for both the CX and delivery teams around project delivery, internal team integration, and alignment
  • Understanding our clients in detail, and working to brand behaviours, guidelines, and strategy
  • Supporting the Client Experience team with department operations, delivery support, and account development
  • Supporting Account Leads through this research and insightled reporting to build strategic account plans
  • Ongoing account management: Drafting briefing documents, meeting agendas, taking comprehensive meeting notes, and drafting action plans to support the team to deliver on client requirements
  • Work with the Client Experience team to ensure measurement and reporting is dealt with
  • Act as an interface to the Client Experience team to report on their named accounts on a regular basis
  • Attend live events and projects within the named accounts
  • Ensure that every show and or live experience on named accounts delivers to our Gold standard.
  • Attend, update, and proactively participate in team meetings
  • Follow the guidelines of all company policies, both at HQ and onsite, paying particular attention to Health & Safety

About You:


  • Previous experience in events, in a deliveryfocused role, with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • An interest in people, and a will to forge strong relationships using skills that can be developed to a strategic level. A team player mentality is essential.
  • Proven interest in the live activations, marketing and creative industries, and a passion for creative innovation.
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Good planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Resilient under pressure with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy & adhere to high standards of quality when working to tight deadlines.
  • Interest in or experience of managing budgets.
  • Proficient and experienced user of Microsoft Office suite and Google docs are essential, particularly Outlook & Excel. Keynote is desirable.
  • Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Commercially strong; experience of managing high revenue clients and project budgets.
