We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group, within our Group Functions PA Hub, as a Personal Assistant supporting the Group Company Secretary within the Group Company Secretariat department
.

This is an exciting role that requires initiative, individual awareness and influencing skills together with excellent communication, planning and organisational capabilities.

The role


This role is extremely varied and requires someone who is professional and discreet, a PA who understands that no two days are the same, and that plans can change at a moment's notice.

This role is highly confidential as it will be working alongside the chairman, NEDs & ExCo.


You will build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, will have a lot of contact with the Executive Committee and non-Exec Directors and you will have an agile approach to work.

You will be someone who can adapt and plan, and always be one step ahead, putting it simply; you will know what your Director is doing before they do It goes without saying that you will be highly organised, assertive and be a proud ambassador for the Phoenix Group.


Key responsibilities:

  • Provide a highly efficient, reliable and fully proactive PA service to the Group Company Secretary to support their business effectiveness
  • Working with highly confidential and sensitive material and maintaining professionalism at all times
  • Being able to be adapt and shift approach to a range of business processes and stakeholders
  • Being able to deal with multiple tasks and issues simultaneously
  • Anticipating the demands and pressures placed on the Group Company Secretary in order to prioritise work accordingly
  • Proactively identify and highlight issues for the Group Company Secretary to action to ensure appropriate prioritisation is made and deadlines are met
  • Produce or collate written documentation, communications etc as required, to a high standard of accuracy and quality to ensure the Group Company Secretary is well equipped for meetings and to support decision making
  • Collate and present key management information & plans as required to support the Group C
