We are currently looking to recruit a Night Kitchen Porter for our 5 Star Radisson Blu Edwardian Hampshire Hotel.

Overview:


  • The role of Night Food and Beverage Chief Steward will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the back of house operation during the night, alongside the Back of House manager.
  • Collating all cutlery and crockery stock takes and highlighting any concerns to the units to action. Certifying that all goods are checked and received.
  • The role of Night Food and Beverage Chief Steward will assist the training, coaching and development of the food and beverage stewards during the night ensuring feedback is given to measure training effectiveness.
  • Identification of training needs and requirements in F&B back of house.
  • Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries for the hotel.
  • Compilation of health and safety audits alongside the Back of House Manager.

About You:


  • Current Back of House supervisory experience in a similar hotel or environment.
  • Demonstrates ability to proactively priorities business needs, drive and support the back of house operations teams.
  • Displays a working knowledge of the Hotel in order to assist internal & external clients.
  • To be up to date with current health and safety procedures in food and beverage.
  • To have health and safety qualifications at a minimum CIEH Level Two.
