Description

Catch 22 are working with a specialist firm in commercial facilities maintenance and catering equipment repairs.

They are currently seeking a
Mobile Maintenance Engineer with experience in the facilities industry and an ability to repair and maintain building facilities within Airports and small hospitality sites.

Details of the role of
Mobile Maintenance Engineer;

Carrying out maintenance working on contracts, handling PPMs, reactive repairs and installations.
Mobile role working in airports and coffee shops primarily within Yorkshire however further travel includes Birmingham up to Newcastle.
Must be a real all rounder multi trader with strong technical ability to undertake a wide range of repairs on commercial tasks may include but not limited to; plumbing, electrical testing, thermal imaging joinery, decorating, refurbishments.
Have done some form of technical trade training or have certificates such as 18th Edition, C&G Advanced Craft Certificate, NVQ Plumbing, NVQ L3 Carpentry and Joinery.
Liaise with contractors and suppliers.
Be able to work independently.
Have a valid driving licence and able to work in a mobile capacity.
Advanced security clearance check required.

Benefits for the
Mobile Maintenance Engineer;

22 days holiday + bank holidays.
40 hours, 85am with occasional out of hours when required.
Overtime available (1.5x for additional hours & Saturdays, 2x Sundays and Bank holidays)
