We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, front of house Security Officer to join our team in London (nearest tube: Old Street).


Key Responsibilities

  • To promptly and courteously deal with enquiries from customers and visitors to the property, providing appropriate advice and information
  • Maintain accurate log/record of all visitors, contractors, keys, activities, couriers and incidents, including filling out the company log book
  • Conduct regular CCTV monitoring activities in accordance with inside assignment instructions
  • Assist in emergency i.e. intruder alarm and fire evacuation and ensure all common areas and fire exits are kept clear at all times
  • Provide a high level of concierge services and have a wide knowledge of provisions within local and surrounding areas
  • Assisting staff with meeting room bookings and preparation
  • To carry out general administration and office support, including typing, photocopying, scanning and filing

Role Requirements:


  • Valid SIA Frontline Licence (SG or DS)
  • Strong computer literacy, including MSOffice suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Verifiable 5 year work history in accordance with BS7858

Pay:
£13.60 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week

  • First Aid Certification (preferred)
