Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading non-for-profit housing association who are seeking the addition of multiple Collections Advisors to join their busy team on a temporary basis, based in Beeston in the outskirts of Nottingham.

The working hours are 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday, with shifts between 8am and 6pm.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Help to collect rental arrears via inbound and outbound calls
  • Calculate payment plans suited to customer needs
  • Deal with vulnerable customers, handling sensitive issues with empathy and care
  • Ensure customer cases are kept updated on the CRM

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role, having previously collected rent arrears or debt
  • Good telephone manner
  • Ability to handle sensitive calls
  • IT literate
