Telesales Agent

Location:
Leeds

Salary:
Up to £25,000 basic + Uncapped Commission OTE £35,000

Hours:
Shifts between 09:00 - 19:00 Mon-Fri / Occasional Saturday 09:00 - 15:00

This role can be an immediate start_

The Role:

Outbound sales to potential customers to discuss financial products
Achieve Personal Sales and Income goals.
Deliver an exception customer journey to all.
Learn, understand local market, key changes etc. within your particular area (life insurance/Junior ISA's).
Accurate record keeping, maintaining customer records & MI.
Work effectively and collaboratively with all colleagues within the business to ensure the consistent and timely delivery of a positive customer journey.
Proven track record in sales, including telesales, cold calling, lead generation etc.
PC Literate, understanding of CRM systems.
Ability to handle objections professionally.
Customer focused. Supporting the customers throughout a positive experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
