Credit Controller - Fully Remote
Yolk is delighted to be supporting a leading national law firm in their search for a Credit Control Specialist.

As the Credit Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing cash collections for 20 billing teams and building strong relationships with clients.

This is what you'll be doing:

Managing allocated ledgers and associated client accounts, using skill and judgement to achieve the best results
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, ranging from private individuals to national and international corporations and public sector organisations
Collaborating closely with fee earners to resolve outstanding accounts and agree on payment terms where appropriate
Referring accounts to debt recovery litigators, when necessary and agreed with the Credit Control Manager
Working within established protocols, exercising discretion and judgement and providing a degree of autonomy

The experience you'll bring to the team:

A minimum of 2 years' experience working in credit control in a professional services or similar environment
Experience using the 3E package or similar credit control case management system (desirable)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including creation, data entry, formatting, and use of formulae
Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
