About the role
Here at Node4 we have an excellent opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join our 24/7 team at our Derby HQ working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
As first point of contact for our thriving range of products and customers, our service desk team strive for excellence by providing technical support including installation, troubleshooting, ticket logging and resolution where possible, whilst maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.
What will you bring?
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence to work and communicate across a variety of audiences in a professional manner
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritize and multitask
- Attention to detail and getting it right first time
- Experience of working in a Service Desk / ISP environment
- Experience of MS O36
- Being able to work as part of a team
- Pro-Active and be willing to learn
- Analytical and customer focused approach
- Ability to work proactively and to tight deadlines
- Working within and achieving in a performance driven environment
- Working in a Customer Focused environment
- Working experience in a Technical environment
- Working with and in an ITIL based environment
