The Role:


Student Administration are responsible for the provision of a highly responsive, professional corporate service operating in partnership and collaboration with curriculum and other service areas across the College and with students and external customers.


The Department has members of staff situated across all campuses, and in most cases offers a professional front facing reception service.

The Administration Team have a highly developed understanding of a wide range of admin functions such as:

student enrolment, funding & eligibility, qualification types & levels, registers, fee payment, progress status changes & data validation requirements.


Student Administration is very often the first point of contact for a student or visitor when entering a college building, and we enthusiastically strive to offer them a warm and friendly welcome to create a positive impression of the College.

The Department is zealous in its endeavour to provide an extraordinarily high level of customer service and further undertakes to provide general information, locate rooms, take messages, problem solve and signpost, and most importantly to listen attentively to the learner and be as obliging as possible.


Each of the curriculum areas have dedicated support from an administration officer to meet the needs of their curriculum and students.
