We are currently looking for a Trainee Parts Advisor to join our busy Parts Department within our Multi-Franchise sites in Taunton.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to learn the skills needed in a fast moving environment where customer service is key.

You will work alongside and learn from our experienced staff on site.

You will be expected to provide a profitable and efficient supply of parts and accessories to internal and external customers, offering a high standard of customer satisfaction and retention (both retail and trade) using sound selling methods.

_ Key Person Requirements_

Strong Communication Skills both written and verbal
Confident and approachable, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues to meet customer needs.
Customer focused.
Flexible team player. Able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support the team during busy periods.
Organised and able to prioritise customer queries and identify critical customer issues.
Computer literate able to use Microsoft word and outlook
Knowledge of CDK Drive is advantageous.
Clean and current driving licence desirable
