I am recruiting for a local authority who is looking for someone to work within the Customer Service Teams within Finance and Customer Services delivering an efficient, effective, and high-quality service in a fast paced, multi-channel environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deal with customer enquiries e.g at reception, over the telephone.

Receipt and distribute incoming post, process correspondence and send mail out.

Collaborate with different departments to resolve complex issues and ensure timely responses.
